Jon Hauser

Managing Partner

Jon Hauser founded Drake Real Estate Services in 1999. Jon manages each project on a daily basis. In addition, he seeks new opportunities in the marketplace, fosters and maintains strong relationships within the real estate and lending communities, and ensures the company achieves its financial objectives. Jon was formerly the Director of Real Estate for Boston Market Restaurants and Einstein Bros. Bagel Co. Prior to that, he represented national retail clients and a portfolio of landlords as a retail real estate broker. He has a Business Degree from Drake University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Brian Fox

Director of Construction

With a degree in civil engineering and over 15 years of field experience, Brian Fox brings a wealth of knowledge to the Drake team.  He spent 8 years with a prominent Denver commercial contractor completing jobs in multiple municipalities which spanned from Colorado Springs to Longmont.  His experience in commercial construction across the Denver Front Range enables him to navigate the unique requirements of each city and bring jobs to successful completion.  Additionally, his attention to detail and ability to incorporate the needs of his clients makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Cheryl Karklin

Director of Operations

Cheryl is primarily responsible for all Drake’s real estate transactions, ensuring all obligations are met on time during the acquisition, development and disposition. She oversees the day-to-day management of each project which includes tracking contract deadlines, entitlements, construction loans, letter of credits, tenant building signage and corresponding with all tenants up until delivery. Cheryl is a Graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver and joined the Drake team in 2011.

Laura Mullaney


Laura Mullaney handles the accounting and bookkeeping for the company, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as the company’s payroll, insurance and benefits. Laura comes from the CPA firm of Sather & Associates, who handles all of the company’s finance and tax strategies.

Desiree Rudolph

Real Estate Coordinator

Desiree’s professional background spans across both the residential real estate & tech industries. Desiree joined the Drake team in March of 2016 as the office manager and real estate coordinator. She keeps the office running smoothly while supporting the Drake development team. She also manages the insurance portfolio for all Drake properties and developments, as well as Drake employee health and dental insurance. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Music Business at the University of Colorado at Denver in 2010.

Maritza Kerrigan


Maritza provides day-to-day accounting and cash controls for the properties assigned.  She prepares and analyzes financial statements, general ledgers, budgets, cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, CAM reconciliations, 1099 and 1096 filings, detailed rent rolls, property tax valuations, as well as a liaison between the property manager, owners, tenants, vendors, and other accountants for Drake Asset Management clients. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Accounting, from Colorado State University.

Jaimie Coburn

Administrative Assistant

Jaimie assists the Director of Property Management with all administrative duties for over 125 properties in and around the Denver Metro area. These duties include handling tenant calls, scheduling and document management.

Angela Elder

Property Management Accounting

Angela Elder handles all accounting functions relating to property management. On a monthly basis, she oversees account receivables, payables and general ledger postings to produce monthly financial statements for over 125 properties. Angela also assists the Director of Property Management with the preparation and calculation of annual budgets and annual CAM reconciliations. In addition, she is responsible for extracting all lease information and transferring the information into the Skyline Property Management database.

Glenn Villareal

Assistant Property Manager

Glenn joined Drake Asset Management in 2017 and has transitioned into a property manager from his previous career in data analytics. His previous work and business experiences helped to develop his shift to the real estate industry.  His major duties include handling day to day operations for over 20 properties including repair and replacements projects from the roof to the parking lot and everything in between.  He’s also responsible for creating and maintaining budgets, accounting, and cultivating new relationships while strengthening existing relationships with property owners and tenants.  Glenn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville.

Stephanie Rakowski

Accounts Payable Specialist

Stephanie handles invoices & 1099s for over 90 shopping centers. She manages 1,000 invoices per month and $500,000 to $1,000,000 in monthly A/P processing.

Nate Radic


Nate Handles the accounting functions for 20+ properties, including billing monthly statements to tenants, account receivables, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings to produce monthly financial statements for those properties. He also assists Angela with the preparation of annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and transferring lease information into tenant synopses and the Skyline Property Management database, along with assisting the Director of Property Management with preparing quarterly CAM reconciliations. Nate received his BS degree in Accounting from Concordia University Nebraska.

Perry Radic

Director of Property Management

Perry Radic comes to Drake Asset Management with over 20 years of real estate and property/asset management experience. Perry deals with all aspects of lease negotiations and renewals, budgeting on a monthly and annual basis, annual reconciliations, audits on and for tenants and monthly financial reporting. He handles lender inspections, obtaining and renewing insurance, tenant lease compliance, collections and overseeing the day-to-day operations at centers which include over one million square feet of retail space. Perry has also served as court appointed receiver for multiple commercial properties in the State of Colorado. Perry worked for several prominent real estate developers and was the CFO for a major restaurant chain in Denver before opening his own property management company in 2010. Perry holds a CPA certificate in the State of Colorado and a Colorado Real Estate Broker License. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado.

Ryan Morgan

Senior Property Manager

Ryan has worked in the Denver property management industry since 2008, taking on multiple projects and handling all types of property portfolios including Office, Retail, Medical, Industrial and Agricultural properties. Ryan’s steadfast approach to customer service and ability to complete tasks timely and effectively was honed from his previous career in the hospitality industry when he worked for Starwood International and Marriott in various positions.  Ryan’s current responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of property management to include day-to-day operations of multiple properties, accounting, construction and most importantly fostering and maintaining good customer relations with both ownership groups and tenants. Ryan has a bachelor’s of science from Southern Illinois University and holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.
