Working with Tesla – first ground up development
In the summer of 2021, Drake Real Estate broke ground on their first ground-up build-to-suit Tesla Service Center in Liberty Lake, Washington. Working with Baker Construction as the general contractor the teams executed the construction of a 33,768 SF service center on 5 acres.
Wild Grass Plaza development
Drake Real Estate completed the construction of the Wild Grass Plaza in Arvada, CO in the fall of 2020. Wild Grass Plaza is a multitenant shopping center featuring a veterinarian, oral surgeon, dermatologist, pediatric and adult dentists, orthodontist, nail salon, optometrist and pizza.
